Terms of Service — BenomCORE

These terms govern the use of the BenomCORE ERP and digital operations platform (app.benomcore.com) operated by Benom Yazılım. By registering for the service or using it, you are deemed to have accepted these terms. For details on the processing of personal data, please see our Privacy Policy page.

1. Scope of the Service

BenomCORE is a multi-tenant cloud software service comprising modules for pre-accounting, stock and warehouse management, e-commerce and marketplace integrations, invoicing and digital operations (social media planning and publishing). The service is provided on a subscription model.

The content of the service, its modules and its features may be developed, changed or removed over time. Significant changes are notified to the user a reasonable time in advance.

2. Account and Responsibilities

You are responsible for ensuring that the information you provide during registration is accurate and up to date.
You are responsible for keeping your account password confidential and for the actions carried out through your account.
The company administrator is responsible for the permissions and roles they grant to their own staff.
If you become aware of any unauthorized access, you must immediately report it to destek@benomyazilim.com.

3. Data Ownership and Isolation

All data you upload to the service (customers, products, invoices, content, etc.) belongs to you. Benom Yazılım processes this data solely for the purpose of providing, maintaining and supporting the service, and does not sell it to third parties.

The platform has a multi-tenant architecture; each company's data is isolated on the basis of the company identifier. One company cannot access another company's data.

4. Subscription, Trial and Payment

A time-limited free trial may be offered for new registrations. In order to continue using the service at the end of the trial period, a subscription must be started.
Subscription fees are determined according to the selected package and additional modules, and are published on the relevant page.
Payments are collected through licensed payment institutions. Card details are not stored by Benom Yazılım.
In the event of non-payment, the service may be suspended. During the suspension your data is retained for a reasonable period; at the end of that period it may be deleted.

5. Acceptable Use

While using the service, you may not:

produce or distribute content that is contrary to applicable legislation, the rights of third parties or public order,
send spam or misleading or unsolicited commercial messages,
attempt anything that threatens the security of the system, creates excessive load or is intended for reverse engineering,
use another person's account, brand or identity information without permission,
use the service in a manner that breaches the rules of the social media platforms you are connected to.

6. Social Media Integrations

The digital operations module lets you publish content to the social media accounts (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn) that the user connects of their own free will. In this context:

Account connection is carried out solely through the relevant platform's official OAuth flow; your password is not transmitted to us and is not stored by us.
Access keys (tokens) are stored in encrypted form and are used only for the actions you request.
Publishing operations are based on an explicit action by the user (publish now or schedule).
You may disconnect your account from the panel at any time; once removed, the relevant access key is deleted.
The terms of use and policies of the platforms you connect also apply separately. You are responsible for ensuring that your content complies with those rules.

7. Third-Party Services

The service may operate in integration with third-party services such as marketplaces, e-invoice integrators, shipping companies, payment institutions and social media platforms. Benom Yazılım cannot be held responsible for disruptions arising from the outages, rule changes or errors of these services; however, reasonable efforts are made to adapt the affected functions within a reasonable time.

8. Service Continuity

Reasonable efforts are made to provide the service without interruption. Planned maintenance is carried out during low-traffic hours as far as possible, and efforts are made to announce it in advance. Force majeure events, failures originating from the infrastructure provider and third-party service outages fall outside this scope.

9. Limitation of Liability

The service is provided "as is". To the extent permitted by applicable legislation, Benom Yazılım is not liable for damages such as indirect damages, loss of profit, loss of data or business interruption. In any event, total liability cannot exceed the subscription fee paid for the month in which the relevant damage arose.

The user must exercise due care in backing up their own data. Although the platform takes regular backups, data losses arising from incorrect operations caused by the user are not covered by the warranty.

10. Termination

You may terminate your subscription at any time.
In the event of a serious breach of these terms, Benom Yazılım may suspend or terminate the service.
After termination, a reasonable period is granted for exporting your data; thereafter the data is deleted.

11. Changes

These terms may be updated from time to time. The current version is published on this page and enters into force on the date of publication. In the case of material changes, users are additionally informed.

12. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye. The courts and enforcement offices of the Republic of Türkiye have jurisdiction over any disputes.
